A beautifully produced Sicilian Nero D’Avola that is stainless steel vinified and then aged in oak.  The result is a red currant nose with some vanilla undertones. 

The palate is soft and easy to drink, but the tannins let you know you have something here! Pair with pasta, meat or ribs.  You can’t beat this quality for the wine!!!!
